I had issues with my address needing to be changed (completely my fault) two trees were absolutely lovely and changed the address as well as shipped promptly! Absolutely fantastic customer support and lovely seller, great quality bag as well I will probably buy another at some point!

星 5 個のうち 5 個This is the perfect size bag. Just big enough to lug around a book and a sandwich during my daily commute to work, but not so big that it's cumbersome or gets in the way if I don't secure a seat on the bus. Well lined and well designed.

I was pleasantly suprised to discover that it actually had some decent magification given its size, and it didn't feel cheap at all. Nice packaging & fast shipping, too!
