Are your seeds fresh?

Yes. Our seeds are packed for the current growing season, and each listing states the seed count and variety.

What's included with a live plant order?

The listing photos and description show exactly what you receive (bare-root stalks or potted plants). Pots, vases, and decorative items are not included unless stated.

How do I care for lucky bamboo?

It grows in water or soil, in bright indirect light. Change water weekly, or keep soil lightly moist.

When will my order ship?

We ship from New Jersey. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, and live plants usually go out early in the week to avoid weekend delays. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. In extreme winter weather we may briefly hold plant orders for their safety and will message you if so. Tracking is uploaded once your order ships.

My plant arrived damaged. What now?

Message us within 48 hours with photos and we'll help.

Can I combine shipping on multiple items?

Message us before checkout and we'll do our best to combine.

Do any seeds need special prep?

Most don't. Our lotus seeds are pre-scarified and ready to sprout — just follow the steps in the listing.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped yet — message us as soon as possible, and no later than 12 hours after purchase. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled.
