Natural release diffusers such as these release the scent more slowly than electronic or heat-based diffusers. You will notice if you are using your diffuser in the car, the scent of your oil will release much more quickly during the summer when your car and windsheild are hot. Similarly, some of my customers enjoy hanging these diffusers against a window in their home to act as a suncatcher, with the flair of aromatherapy!
