What is the cut off for next day delivery?

Orders have to be placed before 6 am for same day dispatch via our next day delivery option. Any orders placed after this time are likely to be dispatched the following day via the express delivery service paid for.

You can request delivery dates if certain shipping options are chosen, but we do not supply extra personalisation.

Requesting Changes or Cancellations

If any changes are needed for your order, we would ask that you send us a message ASAP, so a member of our team can do our best to accommodate this. However, should a member of staff only pick up your request after the order has been handed over for processing I am afraid we would be unable to complete your request.

We operate within the hours on 8am-4pm. Monday to Friday. Any orders or changes made over the weekends will not be answered till the Monday.

The Pachira Aquatica Braided Stem more commonly known as the Money Tree, Guiana Chestnut, or the Saba Nut. This plant is notorious for being low maintenance, which makes it ideal for beginner plant owners. Like most house plants, avoid placing this plant in direct sunlight as this puts it at risk of burnt leaves.

This tropical tree thrives near wetlands and swamps, it always needs moist soil. In South America and other warm climates, the Pachira Aquatica is grown for its edible nuts. The most unique feature of the Pachira Aquatica is its braided stem, the upper part of the trunk produces large green leaves.
