Here you will find crafts that are lovingly hand made by me (Monica), with the patient assistance of my husband (Matt). We create & photograph all of the items you see here in our cozy little home. Whenever possible I use thrifted or reclaimed materials, and I love to give new life to worn down items. I was always taught "waste not, want not," and I believe it is up to us to take care of the beautiful planet that we live on.
I was raised by crafty people, and I have always loved creating new projects. Learning new skills and techniques thrills me, and I am always excited to start a new project. This is reflected in the wide variety of objects that I make. Many of my previous projects decorate our apartment (and friend's homes too), and I am running out of places to put things! One day when my fingers were feeling fidgety and I had the urge to craft, but no upcoming birthdays to craft for, I realized it was time to share my skills with you. That is how M Double M came about.
I have been a buyer on Etsy for a while now (under Ever1derWhyNot), and I love seeing the wonderful creative things that the artists in the Etsy community create. My favorite purchase so far has been our fingerprint wedding rings by Fabuluster! I love that items are unique and that I can support other crafters like my husband and I.
