I needed them by a certain date and the seller was able to deliver them in time (which I appreciated since my trip to Disneyland wouldn't have been the same without them)!

I have reached 3 more times only to be told they were upgrading my shipping on my order and would get it out. As of November 13th I still have not received my item, and I am now 4 days from my trip. I am absolutely frustrated. I tried to understanding because I know things happen, but this is not acceptable. 😡
