Custom & Personalized Orders
We welcome custom and personalized requests whenever possible.
If you have a special size, color, style, layout, or design idea in mind, please send us a message before placing your order. We’ll be happy to discuss the details, confirm what is possible, and provide any necessary information before production begins.
Processing & Shipping
Each order is carefully prepared and inspected before shipment.
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom or personalized orders may require additional preparation time, depending on the design and production requirements.
Estimated shipping times may vary depending on the destination, shipping method, carrier conditions, customs clearance, and seasonal demand. Tracking information will be provided whenever available.
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, changes to the delivery address may not be possible.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
We carefully inspect and package every order before it leaves our studio. However, damage can occasionally occur during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the listing description, please contact us through Etsy within 30 days of delivery.
Please include:
Clear photos of the item
Photos of the damaged packaging
A brief description of the issue
Once we receive the information, we’ll review the situation and work with you to find an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, repair, or refund when applicable.
Please keep the original packaging until the issue has been resolved, as the carrier may require it for an investigation.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Eligible non-personalized items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described.
Custom and made-to-order items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please contact us as soon as possible for order changes or cancellations before production begins.
