Where can I find my digital product?
You can find your downloads directly in your Etsy account under “Purchases & Reviews.”Additionally, Etsy will send you an email with the download link after your purchase.If you have any problems accessing it, please feel free to contact me anytime – I’ll be happy to help.
Can I return or exchange my purchased template?
Since these are digital products, we unfortunately cannot offer returns or refunds once the files have been downloaded.You will have permanent access to your templates after downloading.If you accidentally purchased the wrong item and nothing has been downloaded yet, please contact me – we'll find a solution together.
Why are the Excel sheets password protected?
Our files contain extensive formulas and automated calculations.The sheets are protected to prevent accidental changes or deletions that could render the file unusable.
Custom-made and personalized orders
If you would like any customizations or changes, please feel free to contact me.I will make minor changes free of charge.We can implement larger adjustments or completely custom templates upon request.Please read the respective product description carefully before purchasing and feel free to contact us in advance if you have any questions.
Does the template also work with Google Sheets?
Our templates are generally optimized for Microsoft Excel (Excel 365).Some of our products are also available for Google Sheets.In this case, you will receive a separate file that contains the same functions and calculations as the Excel version.Please check the product description to see whether a Google Sheets version is included or offered separately.
