PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFO & SHOP POLICIES BEFORE PURCHASE:

***Processing time (the time I need to prepare an order for shipping): 3-5 business days.

***Estimated shipping times: Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose at checkout.

***Custom orders can take up to 7 days to be ready to ship.

Items have a 3-5 business day processing time. This does NOT include shipping time, which depends on shipping method selected at checkout. I am not liable for the amount of time the post office takes to scan in an item once I drop it off.

I will NOT refund or replace items when issues that may be caused by USPS occur (delayed delivery, lost items or stolen items).

I will NOT refund or replace items when buyer provides wrong shipping address.

Products may be fragile and delicate, and must be handled with care which means that if you bend the parts, scratch the surface, or pull roughly on the components attached with jump rings, they will likely break. I will not replace items that have been damaged due to rough handling after they’re safely delivered to you.

Our items are handmade, and therefore some small inconsistencies like small bubbles, slight variances of color, small marks may occur. ( our inconsistencies are usually minimal and won't affect the functionality or aesthetic appeal of an item. Returns based on small imperfections like those stated above will not be accepted.

If you like a specific design but want a different color don't hesitate to contact me for special request (Custom orders can take up to 7 days to be ready to ship).

The color intensity of the materials may vary slightly from what is shown due to their nature and due to computer monitor settings.

Please before purchasing read description of each item VERY CAREFULLY, so that you aren't expecting something different than the product that is offered.

I don’t accept returns, exchanges or cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order and I’ll be happy to assist you.

Buyers are responsible of any customs and import taxes that may apply.
