However, the seller was extremely responsive and accommodating to my requests for special sizing and always answered my questions promptly. The seller shipped the item quickly and it arrived via Fed Ex in approximately 2 weeks. It was packaged extremely well and did not crack. I have not got it installed in my new house yet, but I am very pleased with the product.
