Where can I print my digital art?
Printing on heavyweight matte or fine art paper is recommended, resulting in authentic reproductions.

While you can also print at local copy centres, print quality and color accuracy will vary. We highly recommend a professional online print service. If using a home printer, color outcome and quality will vary.
Do your products fall under EU / UK physical product safety rules (GPSR)?
No. Our shop sells digital download artwork only - no physical items are produced or shipped. Because there is no tangible product, these listings are not subject to EU / UK General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) or other physical product compliance rules.
Can I get a custom size?
Please reach out to us prior to purchase to verify a resize can be done. Turnaround time for resize requests is 2-3 business days.

Can I use your artwork for commercial use?
Our artwork may be used for PERSONAL OR COMMERCIAL USE ON PHYSICAL ITEMS - for example, printing the artwork onto products you sell.
However:
- You may not redistribute, share, resell or transfer the digital files themselves in any digital format, regardless of file type, modifications or variations.
- You may not edit the files and then resell or redistribute them as digital products.
- Our vintage designs have been thoughtfully restored and remastered from their original versions, making each piece uniquely its own and unique to ArchiveLane.

Where can I find picture frames?
The frames used in our shop listings are product mockups, and are not physical frames that are sold.
However, the sites below offer printing and custom frame services with beautiful frame collections.

FRAME TV ART - how do I display it?
The digital JPG files are available immediately for download after purchase.
How to display:
1. Download your files (large collections come with a PDF containing your private Google Drive link).
2. Open the SmartThings app on your phone, select your Frame TV, then Art Mode, then Add your photos.
3. Upload the artwork - or copy the files to a USB drive and open Art Mode, then My Photos.
4. Select an artwork. Our files are 3840 x 2160 (4K, 16:9) so they fill the screen edge to edge - select "No Mat" for a clean gallery look.
Please make sure you're familiar with how to use your Frame TV, as we are unable to assist with technical TV or app-related issues.
I can't find my download notification email / Etsy receipt.
