A creative soul finds it's happy place
As a child I could always be found drawing, reading a book, or making something. My mother taught me to sew a basic elastic-waist skirt when I was nine, and I wore that skirt with pride until I grew out of it. Through my young years, I only sewed sporadically. I was often frustrated by the fit after the pattern promised a certain look. At 19 I decided to go to school for fashion design. I loved every minute of even the harder classes! After graduating with an Associates Degree I searched for a job to no avail. After a couple of short-term jobs, I decided to focus on creating and home schooling my younger sisters.
I have become completely inspired! I've connected with many fellow Etsians, and now I'm also receiving more and more local orders through word of mouth. I'm in the process of sharing my love of sewing with my sisters, and hoping they will join me!
Dressing classy never gets old! Much of the clothes in my shop are dresses or skirts right now, though you will also find plenty of clothing accessories especially for winter but also mainly geared toward girls and ladies. Sprinkled in throughout are personally chosen vintage and antique items.
I hope my shop inspires you as much as it does me!
