5 out of 5 starsI was very happy with my purchase. It came straight into my email mailbox. I was told by the seller that it was going to be delivered right away. He even sent me a free gift of an extra template which is very helpful. Will knews again.

1 out of 5 starsThe link that was sent wasn't to the document that I ordered. I ordered a Medical Power of Attorney form and I was sent a link to a Farm Lease Agreement. I had to go and purchase forms elsewhere because there was no response from this seller. Up date for my review..... the seller said he would send the correct forms after I had already purchased elsewhere and still never did. Seller was very argumentative and offered a "free" item as a "gift" for the problem but still no refund which ment there was absolutely nothing free. I had to threaten to escalate this to Etsy if there was no refund. Finally a refund was offered and I was asked to edit my review so here it is. I absolutely do not recommend this seller. I'm sure I'm not the only person this happened to. Purchase with someone else!!!

A full refund was ultimately provided to ensure customer satisfaction.
