Where Texture Becomes Art
Mijn naam is Zoia, en ik ben beeldhouwer en kunstenaar, woonachtig in Damme, Duitsland.
Ik schilder al sinds mijn kindertijd, werk met olieverf en acrylverf en blijf constant nieuwe technieken en materialen ontdekken. Na verloop van tijd raakte ik sterk gefascineerd door de wereld van textuur, volume en architectonische vormen – en dat is waar alles veranderde.
Tegenwoordig maak ik handgemaakte, sculpturale wandkunst van gips – stukken die rust, diepte en ingetogen elegantie in woonruimtes brengen. Elk werk is geïnspireerd door natuurlijke texturen, minimalistische interieurs en de wabi-sabi-filosofie van het vinden van schoonheid in imperfectie.
Elk stuk wordt met de hand gegoten en afgewerkt in mijn kleine atelier. Geen twee zijn precies hetzelfde — kleine variaties in textuur en tint maken elk stuk werkelijk uniek.

My name is Zoia, and I'm a sculptor and artist based in Damme, Germany.
I've been painting since childhood, working with oil and acrylic while constantly exploring new techniques and materials. Over time, I became deeply drawn to the world of texture, volume, and architectural form — and that's where everything changed.
Today I create handmade sculptural wall art from plaster — pieces that bring calm, depth, and quiet elegance into living spaces. Each work is inspired by natural textures, minimalist interiors, and the wabi-sabi philosophy of finding beauty in imperfection.
Every piece is cast and finished by hand in my small studio. No two are exactly alike — slight variations in texture and tone make each one truly unique.
