I’m Rasik, the founder behind Bare Facet Jewel, and my journey into fine jewelry began long before this brand existed. Growing up around craftsmanship, I was naturally drawn to the quiet discipline of creation — where every detail matters, and perfection is built step by step.
My early years were spent learning inside a jewelry manufacturing environment, where I developed a deep respect for the techniques passed down through generations. From understanding metal structures to mastering stone setting, I learned that true beauty lies in the smallest details — the symmetry of a band, the balance of a setting, the way a stone captures light.
Driven to go further, I stepped into the world of diamond cutting and polishing — where raw stones are transformed into brilliance. This experience shaped my understanding of light, fire, and proportion, and taught me how every facet contributes to a diamond’s life.
As my journey evolved, so did my vision.
