Life after a wedding
I made so many things for my wedding. I mean way more than a normal person does. I made all the bouquets, the invitations, bridesmaid necklaces and hair accessories, photo wall, boutineers, seating chart, program chalk board, found vintage items for all the centerpieces etc.
It was a beautiful day and I was so proud of how it turned out and how it was so personal. I realized I had really enjoyed all those hours crafting and I didn't want to stop. Seeing as how I can't have a house filled with bouquets and bouts I thought it best to try and share my love with others and hopefully make their big day just as beautiful as mine was.
Estate sales became another hobby during wedding planning. For me it's the thrill of the hunt and knowing that i'm putting items to good use, but again a house can only hold so much. And so "Betty's Favorite Things" was born. It's a place for me to showcase what ever crafts I've been working on and sell my latest vintage finds.
