When will I get my order?
All of my items are made to order, and I do not keep stock. That’s why some items take 1-2 weeks for me to deliver.

I provide care instructions in every package that includes shirts, t-shirts, joggers, tumblers, and wine glasses!

I gave you the wrong address! What do I do?
Contact me ASAP. I can update your address myself if the order hasn't shipped. If your order has already shipped and you ordered bookmarks/stickers/decals, you'll need to replace your order because I doubt it's ever coming back to me. If it's something else, and it is returned to me, I will resend it to you (although you'll need to pay for shipping). If it doesn't get returned to me, you'll need to replace your order.
Are your bookmarks printed on both sides?
They are not. Bookmarks are printed on one side.
My package got delayed/lost in transit. Can I get a refund?
Once your package is scanned at the post office, I am no longer responsible. If your package is lost/delayed, please reach out to the post office. As a business that is shipping out hundreds of orders every week and only myself working, I do not have the time to search for packages. Sorry! 🖤🖤
