This board game exceeded my expectations. From the first few interactions, Cara was always quick to respond and was helpful with suggestions. The board itself is of the highest quality. Also, a nice touch was the velvet pouch for the game pieces, as well as the sturdy box for the customized cards. This game was a HUGE hit! Most importantly, the customer service was EXCEPTIONAL! Cara hand delivered (in a freezing rain storm) because Canada Post was on strike at the time. She went above and beyond so that our gift was ready for Christmas. The build-a-board set was excellent. It was well designed and printed. What was most impressive was the service and coordination. Cara provided all the details we needed to consider very promptly. A simple webpage was available to complete all the information and design features for the game. The examples provided were very helpful to prompt our imagination and make the game fully tailored to our friends’ life. Once submitted Cara provided good feedback overnight and after a few minor adjustments the game was ready for the printer! It was sent out a few days later. Considering the complexities of Covid and border control we received the bespoke monopoly pack right on time. Our friends loved it! Thoroughly recommend it! Thank you Cara once again
