Who are we?
Buttercup Accessories is ontstaan uit Boutique 28, dat al meer dan vijf jaar de nieuwste mode en accessoires verkoopt, maar sinds begin 2021 pas een online boetiek is. Voordat ze een online boetiek werden, waren ze eerst gevestigd in Chesterfield en daarna, tot 2020, in het prachtige Matlock Bath in het Peak District. We zijn een klein familiebedrijf en onze hoogste prioriteit is om onze klanten producten van de beste kwaliteit te bieden tegen de meest betaalbare prijzen.
Hoewel we een klein bedrijf zijn dat trots is op kwaliteit en betaalbaarheid, staat klanttevredenheid bij ons bovenaan onze prioriteitenlijst. We proberen ons bedrijf niet te laten groeien op basis van verkooptrucs of onwaarheden. We waarderen elke klant van harte en zetten ons 110% in om ervoor te zorgen dat elke klant een positieve winkelervaring heeft bij Buttercup Accessories.
We zijn ook zeer trots op onze bezorgdoelen en streven er daarom naar om alle bestellingen binnen 48 uur te verzenden. En waar mogelijk streven we er altijd naar om 2nd class Royal Mail-bezorging in de productprijs op te nemen. Naast onze bezorgdoelen willen we ook dat onze klanten volledig tevreden zijn met hun aankopen. Daarom bieden we een retour- en restitutiebeleid van 30 dagen, mits de artikelen in de originele verpakking en ongebruikt worden geretourneerd.
En voordat ik afsluit... wil ik nog even zeggen dat ik dankbaar ben voor elke bestelling en dat ik alle klanten enorm respecteer. Mocht er ooit een probleem zijn met een bestelling, dan doe ik er altijd 110% alles aan om het probleem zo snel en soepel mogelijk op te lossen. ♥
Buttercup Accessories is the offspring of Boutique 28, who had been sourcing the latest fashion and accessories for over 5 years, but who had only been an online boutique since early 2021. Who prior to becoming an online boutique, were initially based in Chesterfield and then in beautiful Matlock Bath in the Peak District until 2020. We are a small family business and our main priority is bringing our customers the best quality products at the most affordable prices.
But even though we are a small business who prides itself on quality and affordability, we also put customer satisfaction at the top of our priority list. We don’t try and grow our business based on sales gimmicks or non-truths, We whole-heartedly appreciate every single customer, and put 110% into making sure every customer's shopping experience with Buttercup Accessories is a positive one.
We also take great pride in our delivery goals, and therefore aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. And where possible, we will always aim to include 2nd class Royal Mail delivery in the price of the product. In addition to delivery goals, we also want our customers to be totally satisfied with their purchases, so we offer a full 30 day return and refund policy if the items are returned in their original packaging and unused condition.
