This privacy policy explains how CalmBrainPlans handles your personal information when you buy from my Etsy shop.

Information I receive
When you place an order, Etsy shares the details needed to complete it, such as your name, your Etsy username, your email address, the items you bought and any message you send me. My shop sells digital downloads only, so I do not need or keep a shipping address unless Etsy provides one with the order. I never receive your card or bank details; Etsy processes all payments.

Why I use it
- To deliver your files and help with any download or printing questions (performing our contract).
- To answer your messages and resolve problems (legitimate interest in running my shop).
- To keep sales records that tax and accounting rules require (legal obligation).
I do not use your information for marketing. I will not add you to a mailing list or send you promotional messages unless you ask to be added.

Who I share it with
Your information stays within Etsy's systems. I do not sell, rent or share it with anyone else, except where the law requires it, for example a tax authority.

How long I keep it
I keep order information for as long as needed to support your order and to meet tax and accounting record-keeping rules, which can be up to 6 years. After that it is deleted.

Transfers
Etsy stores order data on its own systems, which may be outside your country. Etsy's own privacy policy explains the safeguards it uses.

Your rights
Depending on where you live, including the EU and UK, you can ask to see the information I hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how I use it, or receive a copy. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
