Sizing details
All sizing details are in each listing. It's important to measure a shirt/bodysuit that you know your little one fits in at home and compare to our sizing chart. All clothing may shrink a little depending on washing care.
Shipping Address
We use calculated shipping directly through Etsy. This means that the shipping address is filled out automatically through etsy based on the information you enter at checkout or have on file. Because of this, we are not responsible for any information that is entered incorrectly.
Should you realize that you had entered in an incorrect shipping address, please contact us. We will do our best to correct the error on our end. This is only possible if we have yet to ship your item out. This is not always promised so please make sure that all information is correct prior to checking out.
Problems with Order
I strive to only send out the absolute best, however mistakes can happen even with being extra careful. If that happens to be the case:
Reports of issues or damages must be sent to me within 48 hours of delivery confirmation along with photos of the item with any tags still attached and a photo of the packaging/original shipping label as well.
I will resolve any issues to the best of my ability.
Shipping Info and Delayed Packages
Please note that once your order has been handed over to USPS, we are no longer responsible for any lost, delayed or damaged packages. Should any of these instances occur, please contact us. We will do everything we possibly can to assist you in remedying the situation but we will not refund orders due to problems caused by the post office.
If the package is returned to us, you can re-purchase a label and we can re-send your item to you.
If a package has been marked as "delivered" but you believe there was an error due to no package arriving. We recommend you contacting the local post office that handles your mail. We are not responsible for missing or stolen packages.
Care instructions
All custom designs are printed with high quality, heat transfer vinyl with a professional grade Heat Press.
To ensure the integrity of the vinyl, wash apparel inside out and in cold or warm water only. Tumble dry low for best care. DO NOT BLEACH AND DO NOT IRON DIRECTLY ONTO DESIGN.
If you need to iron the item, make sure that you place a non-stick and heat resistant material between the fabric and the iron like a sheet of parchment paper.
