Ciao!

Hi! A few reminders regarding my shop:

If you choose a "buy 2 get 1 free option" or anything of the sort where you need to input in either the personalization box or the note which characters you want, and you do NOT do this, I will cancel your order!

Also please make sure you are imputing the correct address information when buying! Unfortunately, I cannot give refunds to those who do not put in the correct address and only notify me of this AFTER the item has already been shipped. I can still change the address as long as the item hasn’t been shipped, but after that, it is out of my hands.
