1 out of 5 starsThey were quick to take my money, but when the item arrived and looked different than the photos and didn’t fit properly, customer service became a nightmare. Their responses kept changing—first asking for pictures, then suddenly saying they couldn’t accept returns because the item had been tried on, even though that was never clearly stated anywhere in the listing or details. Their return policies were not made clear upfront and seemed to shift with every message. On top of that, their response times were so slow that with only a 14-day return window, I was left wondering if they were just trying to run out the clock. Very unprofessional, frustrating experience, and not how a seller should handle legitimate concerns
