What is your current turnaround time?
I guarantee to send the files in 1-2 business days, but usually turnaround time is less than 24 hours. A delay may occur if customization info is not provided or incomplete. Please make sure you submit all party info, sizing, photos at time of purchase.
Can you send me an editable file?
Unfortunately, no, I do not sell my files in any editable or .PSD format. I will do all the editing for you and send a ready to print file upon completion.
I forgot to leave details for an invite during checkout - what should I do?
Not a problem! Send me all the info in a convo message and we will be all set!
Do you have refunds or exchanges?
Due to the digital nature of the product I do not refund once a customized file has been sent to you. If you receive a damaged file, I will gladly exchange it for a new one.
I will gladly accept cancellation within 24 hours BEFORE any file has been sent. After 24 hours or if any digital file has been sent, please contact me regarding cancelling your order.
