Hello and welcome! Firstly, thank you so much for showing interest in our products. We are a father-daughter run business (Richard and Katherine), and offer bespoke and personalised wooden and acrylic designs or keepsakes for your homes.
After Richard retired from his 45 year long career in engineering, he felt fulfilled. However, his creative itch still needing scratching, and he couldn't sit still. This is where Default Interactive was born back in 2019. Combining laser cutting services with game development, and real-time technologies, he started a website and Etsy to advertise these services and products. In 2024, Katherine was brought on board to help. This allowed for more ideas and products to be made, and the business started doing really well. Nevertheless, we felt it was time for a re-brand for our laser-cutting/CNC cutting products. Therefore, Decophoria was birthed (although it took about a million years to come up with a name!).

Richard's engineering career took our family across the world. We lived in China for 10 years and then Germany for 3 years. We all experienced so many different cultures, and appreciated so much of the history and architecture. This has certainly inspired many of our products and the variation of designs. Now, we have the privilege of creating so many exciting products for you, and we get to do it as a family.
