Are the designs editable?
All printable products are not editable.
Templates are totally editable - you can change all the wording, fonts and flat colours.
The fonts featured on our template designs are all part of Canva's free font library. You also have the option to change the font to a wide selection available in Canva.
What software do I need?
To download and print a printable product all you need is a printer or you can save your file and either send to a printing service or to your local print store.
Our templates are made with the free app Canva - you just need a Canva account to access.
Do your templates expire?
No our templates do not expire, once you download them you have access to them permanently.
Do you offer printing?
No, unfortunately at this time we do not offer printing.
Can I change the size of the templates?
We have created our templates using Canva – if you have a Canva pro account you will be able to resize them as needed.
I need a fresh copy of my template - do I need to buy it again?
Not at all! To load a fresh version of your purchased template, just open the pdf we gave you with the link to access - click that link to load in a new template.
What are the terms of use?
The purchase of a printable product is for personal use (unless stated otherwise in the listing description). You can edit, save and download unlimited times.
The purchase of a template grants the user a limited commercial license for a single business. You can use the designs to promote your business or with your clients, but please do not resell or give away the templates (unless otherwise specified on the listing).
I changed my mind and want a refund, is this possible?
Due to the digital nature of these items we do not offer refunds.
