- Custom watercolor orders: you can choose the size of the paper, the color tones, and the content (portrait of person or animal, photos, inventions ...). These orders need a preparation time, so the deadline will be informed in advance and the customer will be kept updated on the status of the box.

En los pedidos personalizados de acuarela puede elegirse: el tamaño del papel, los tonos de color, y el contenido. Estos pedidos necesitan un tiempo de preparación, por lo que se informará del plazo previamente y se mantendrá actualizado al cliente sobre el estado del cuadro.

- The paintings made in watercolor are sent on high quality paper, however, for their care it is important to frame them (with glass or plastic) and not place them in the sun for prolonged times.

Los cuadros hechos en acuarela se envían sobre papel de alta calidad, no obstante, para su cuidado es importante enmarcarlos (con cristal o plástico) y no colocarlos al sol durante tiempos prolongados. Puede utilizarse un marco con cristal resistente a los rayos UV para mayor protección.
Si tu cuadro llega en una funda de plástico y vas a tardar en enmarcarlo, sácalo para evitar que se cree humedad; después puedes enrollarlo de nuevo y volver a guardarlo en el tubo o caja en el que lo hayas recibido.

Our watercolor paintings and posters are shipped rolled up and protected in cardboard tube.If you want the package to be a gift, it will be wrapped in wrapping paper and you can carry inside the personalized handwritten message you want (up to two written pages, maximum).

Si deseas que tu paquete sea para regalo solo tienes que marcarlo y, si quieres, puedes dejar un mensaje en la caja y lo añadiremos escrito a mano. Todos nuestros paquetes se envían cuidadosamente envalados y envueltos en papel para evitar su apertura por terceras personas.

We use recyclable and/or reusable boxes, envelopes and tubes. You may receive a package consisting of boxes or envelopes in which other brands appear, this is because we reuse the packaging of other stores that we have already received to, thus, reduce the consumption of more cardboard and / or plastic unnecessarily.You can recycle our parcel or you can choose to continue reusing it, either to send more packages or even to make crafts with it. Do not hesitate to show us your creations!

Utilizamos cajas, sobres y tubos reciclables y/o reutilizables.

Puede que te llegue algún paquete compuesto por cajas o sobres en los que aparecen otras marcas, esto es debido a que reutilizamos el packaging de otras tiendas que ya hemos recibido nosotros para, así, reducir el consumo de más cartón y/o plástico innecesariamente.

Puedes reciclar nuestra paquetería o puedes optar por seguir reutilizándola, ya sea para enviar más paquetes o incluso para hacer manualidades con ella. ¡No dudes en mostrarnos tus creaciones!
