📬 Address Changes and Cancellations
Please note that changes or cancellations to orders are not possible 3 hours after placement, in line with our printers’ policies. Ensure accuracy in your order details. If an order is returned, reshipment costs are the customer’s responsibility. Thank you for your understanding.
📍 Missing Packages
Contact us within 30 days if your package appears missing. After delivery confirmation, responsibility shifts to you. For missing items post-delivery, please engage Etsy’s Purchase Protection.
🔄 Returns and Damages
Returns are not accepted. For damaged or incorrect items, provide photographic proof within 30 days for a replacement or refund.
📦 Partial Order Deliveries
Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately due to different printers. Despite a single tracking number, rest assured all items will be delivered.
🔍 Non-received Items
If an item marked ‘delivered’ is missing, confirm the shipping address and consult neighbors or postal services. For unresolved issues, utilize Etsy’s Purchase Protection.
🌍 Location Discrepancies
While based in Brooklyn, NY, orders ship from various partnered printers globally. This allows for a diverse range of high-quality products.
