I am open to returns on items if the buyer is willing to pay for shipping both to and from their location. All items must be returned in their original condition in order to receive a full refund. Returns of sale and custom items will not be accepted.

So far I have not experienced shipping delays or issues with carriers, however if there is a delivery issue or a problem that is beyond my control, please send me a message to track or contact the carrier. This shop is not responsible for damages that occur with shipping and handling and will only add insurance to purchases of $100 or more unless requested and paid for by the customer.

All custom orders must be paid for within 3 days of the custom item being listed and after that it will be fair game to all buyers. Custom painting orders must be paid for before I begin to make them.

I have not made shipping prices for countries outside of the USA, so if you do not live in the states but see something you like, you can send me a message and I can adjust the price to make it possible to accommodate all buyers.
