Desde criança, sempre fui fascinado por animais e pela beleza da natureza. Eu era aquele que parava para observar pássaros, esquilos, borboletas — qualquer coisa que me lembrasse o quão incrível é o mundo natural. No fundo, sempre quis esculpir animais.
A vida não seguiu exatamente o rumo que eu imaginava. Acabei passando meus dias trabalhando em frente a um computador. Isso se tornou meu trabalho, mas meu amor pela criação nunca desapareceu. Sempre esteve lá, silenciosamente à espera.
Então descobri a feltragem com agulha.
A primeira vez que segurei uma agulha de feltragem, soube que tinha encontrado algo especial. Ela me deu uma maneira de criar os animais que sempre quis esculpir, usando apenas lã, paciência e minhas mãos. Não parecia que eu estava aprendendo um novo ofício — parecia que eu estava voltando a algo que me fazia falta há muito tempo.
Hoje, cada peça que crio é inspirada nos animais e pássaros que me fascinam desde a infância. A feltragem com agulha se tornou meu refúgio, e sou grata por finalmente ter encontrado uma maneira de transformar uma paixão de longa data em algo que posso compartilhar com os outros.

Ever since I was a child, I've been fascinated by animals and the beauty of nature. I was always the kid who stopped to watch birds, squirrels, butterflies—anything that reminded me how amazing the natural world is. Deep down, I always wanted to sculpt animals.
Life didn't quite go the way I imagined, though. I ended up spending my days working in front of a laptop. It became my job, but my love for creating never went away. It was always there, quietly waiting.
Then I discovered needle felting.
The first time I held a felting needle, I knew I had found something special. It gave me a way to create the animals I had always wanted to sculpt, using nothing more than wool, patience, and my hands. It didn't feel like learning a new craft—it felt like coming back to something I had been missing for a long time.
Today, every piece I make is inspired by the animals and birds that have fascinated me since childhood. Needle felting has become my happy place, and I'm grateful that I finally found a way to turn a lifelong passion into something I can share with others.
