Frequently asked questions
SHIPPING
Most items in our shop ship separately, so if you order a variety of items (tees, stickers, mugs, etc) expect to receive them in a few packages. Combined shipping is automatically calculated and discounted at check-out.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Since many items in our shop are made-to-order, we generally do not offer exchanges or refunds if you ordered the wrong size/color. We strongly encourage you to read the listing descriptions in their entirety, and all clothing has a size chart in the last photo so please review it carefully before ordering!
PETS - Pet products are unable to be exchanged or returned! Please be sure to measure your pet and check the size chart in the description carefully before ordering!
If you have any issues with your order, please reach out to us! Once in a while a bad print happens or something gets damaged in transit, and we are always happy to send out a free replacement in these cases - there is never any need to mail faulty products back to us.
CANCELLATIONS
We are happy to accommodate cancellation requests made within ONE HOUR of ordering, or if there was an accidental double order, but as a general rule we do not accept cancellations.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We are no longer shipping to the EU or the UK due to the new VAT, IOSS and strict packaging rules - it is just too complicated at this time. Some other countries are also not available for shipping because of long delays and items frequently getting lost in the mail. So sorry!
AUSTRALIA & CANADA - Some items in the shop are not set up to ship to Australia or Canada, but we absolutely can set up a custom listing for you on these items - just drop us a line!
SIZING
We strive to be all-inclusive and often do have extended sizes available, even if they are not currently listed. Please contact us for extended sizing info!
STICKERS
All of our stickers are super high quality, UV and water-resistant, and are suitable for both indoor or outdoor use.
MUGS
All of our mugs are both dishwasher and microwave safe.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Generally we don't take any custom requests (especially around the holidays), but it never hurts to ask!
DESIGNS
We fiercely protect our designs and will take legal action against anyone stealing/copying them.
OFFICE HOURS
Our working hours are Monday-Friday from 9am-9pm. If you drop us a line over the weekend, we'll get back to you the following Monday.
