5 out of 5 starsThe prints are cute! They were as described and arrived when promised. The packaging used could have been better. Customer service was fantastic! Mia addressed any questions very quickly and did everything to make my shopping experience good. I highly recommend her and would shop at her store again. A++ seller.

4 out of 5 starsThis image is slightly pixilated in areas, but not too bad. Its still a lovely print and the quality of the paper is very nice. Overall, I'm still happy with our purchase.

4 out of 5 starsThe paper quality of the poster is very good. Shipping time and packaging were also good. The posters arrive rolled up, and because of the thick paper, they tend to retain some of that shape. However, this is not a problem if you use a picture frame. I ordered the prints in a large format, which unfortunately means the resolution is not as sharp anymore. You should also be aware that this is a print, so the gold color does not appear as shiny as you might expect. Nevertheless, it is a nice product that enhances the look of the room and adds a stylish touch to the home.

Can I get a refund if the item is damaged in transit?
Although rare, this may happen. In such cases, our policy is to replace the item free of charge, regardless of the circumstances.
What if the tracking shows the item as delivered but I haven’t received it?
While very uncommon, if this occurs, we will investigate the matter thoroughly. If the item cannot be located, a replacement print can be ordered at a substantial discount. Please note, we cannot resend items when tracking confirms delivery.
Are the delivery dates guaranteed?
Delivery dates are estimates. While they are usually met, occasional delays may occur. This is not considered a valid reason for return. However, we will do everything possible to assist you if your order is delayed.
What happens if the item is returned to sender?
If your package is returned to us, we will resend the order at the cost of one shipping fee, depending on your location. Refunds are not available in this case, as prints cannot be reused once removed from their packaging and are no longer in pristine condition.
