• Products are sold “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.
• Improper installation, modification, misuse, or use outside the intended purpose may result in serious property damage, bodily injury, or death.
• The user assumes all risks associated with the use or misuse of any product.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Head Case Helmets, LLC, its owners, members, managers, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, death, or property damage, arising out of or related to the use, misuse, installation, or inability to use our products.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these terms.

*Please note that items are insured for up to $100 when shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Items sent via any other way are NOT insured. If you want insurance coverage, please select Priority Mail when purchasing.
Buyer hereby assumes all responsibility for any and all losses due to uninsured or underinsured shipments.
