5 na 5 gwiazdekDerrick has made 3 rings for me. I love all of them. He puts so much care and detail into everyone! My engagement broke last year after 7 years. My husband and I were on a tight budget when we got married and he got me a ring I loved and wore everyday but wasn’t made to withstand as long as it did. So when it broke my husband decided I should get the ring I had always wanted. As Derrick had made two rings already for me (birthstone rings for my kids) I trusted him to make this custom piece for me. He was understanding of my budget and the details I wanted. I wanted diamonds as well as 14k gold and was worried if i ordered it from someone else it wouldn’t be authentic. This ring surpassed all my expectations and I love it so much! I highly recommend Derrick and his company!

Making & Shipping
(1) Handling time is 2-3 weeks, production starts once the payment is received. Usually, delivery time is 3-5 business days. We will be full of enthusiasm to complete Each Item and strive to make each item perfectly.
(2) We ship items internationally. International Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Engraving Available
1.Engraving is available for a fee of 2 USD.
2.The number of characters to be engraved is determined by the style, and up to 12 characters can be engraved.

Order Cancellation Principle
1. No charge for orders canceled within 48 hours
2. Orders canceled after 48 hours will be charged 20% for orders of $1,000 or more. Orders less than $1,000 will be charged $100.
Order Return And Exchange Principle
1. Free returns and exchanges within 30 days.
2. If there is any quality problem, we support full refund or exchange.
3. If there is no quality problem, the buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of return and exchange
4. If the returned item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value, and all items must be unworn and in original condition

5.Beyond the free exchange period
6.Products worn, damaged, altered or not in original condition.
7.Products that have been exchanged once will not be supported for a second exchange if there is no quality problem.
Installment Payment Fee Policy
1. For orders under $1,000, the first installment is a fixed amount of $100. And no refunds or exchanges will be accepted after 48 hours.
2. For orders greater than or equal to $1,000, a down payment of 20% of the total order cost will be charged. Again, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted after 48 hours.
Installment Jewelry Storage Policy:
1. Items will not be shipped until the final installment payment is paid;
2. The minimum amount for each installment is $100;
3. We will hold your layaway item for up to 6 months;
4.Support Etsy's Klarna as an installment method of payment usage for orders;
