My item arrived damaged, what is your process?
Breakage Claims: Contact us immediately (WITHIN 24 HOURS) through Etsy if there is damage.
Take photos of the breakage and keep all packaging and broken items for inspection by the shipping carrier. Once the broken items have been successfully cleared and paid by the shipping carrier, we will issue a refund or replacement at your request.

I am missing items from my order.
At times we run out of stock on items because we also sell to the public through our website. We will refund for out of stock items; however, we will do our very best to contact you first to let you know that we are out of stock to allow you time to determine if you want to order a substitute item or cancel the item for a refund.

We ship all orders within 3-8 business days (EXCLUDES Saturday, Sunday and major holidays). Your invoice will state the ship by date.
