Così ho iniziato a farmelo da sola. Andavo in giro per i negozi con le mie due figlie in cerca di qualcosa, che si trattasse di vestiti, un libro o un'opera d'arte, ma tutto ciò che trovavo sugli scaffali era semplicemente noioso, pacchiano o sembrava fatto apposta per nessuno. Non riuscivamo mai a trovare niente che rispecchiasse il nostro senso dell'umorismo o il nostro stile personale.

Questo è praticamente l'obiettivo principale. Creo abbigliamento, libri da colorare e oggetti con frasi e pensieri che le persone effettivamente dicono e pensano. Se ti fa ridere o ti rispecchia, allora ha raggiunto il suo scopo.

So I started making it myself. I would walk through stores with my two daughters looking for things—whether it was clothes, a book, or a piece of art—and everything on the shelves was just boring, cheesy, or felt like it was made for nobody in particular. We could never find anything that matched our sense of humor or personal style.

That’s pretty much the whole goal here. I make apparel, coloring books, and pieces with things people actually say and think. If it makes you laugh or just feels like you, then it did its job.
