Can the shipping address be changed after the order is placed?
YES you can, but only if less than 2 hours have passed since the order was placed.
Can products be returned?
Due to the nature of the product that is made to order, we can only accept returns or exchanges if your item is misprinted, damaged, defective, or is not the size you ordered, that is, it was mislabeled. Please inspect the order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and correct it. It is not possible to exchange an item for a different size/color. If you are not sure which size would fit you best, please refer to our size charts, we have one for each item listed in the product images. If possible, measure your favorite shirt from armpit to armpit and from top to bottom and compare it to our tables.
How long does it take for my product to arrive?
We take between 2 and 5 days to produce the product and then the shipping time would be between 5 and 7 business days.
