Quando avevo otto anni, ho partecipato a un concorso di talenti nel nostro parco di quartiere. Il mio talento era disegnare, e ho disegnato i personaggi del Mago di Oz mentre suonavo la colonna sonora del film sul mio giradischi per il mio pubblico prigioniero. Non sapevo che la mia vita sarebbe stata così influenzata quel giorno... Tra il pubblico era una donna che era una vera artista. Rimase impressionata e informò mia madre che sua figlia aveva molto talento. I due hanno trovato un accordo e ho iniziato a prendere lezioni di pittura una volta alla settimana dopo la scuola per i prossimi anni. Così è iniziato il mio amore per le arti. Ho dipinto ad olio, provato acquerelli e acrilici e mi sono divertito a mostrare le mie foto in mostre in giro per la città in cui vivevo.
La vita è andata avanti e mi ha portato con sé... Mi sono sposato, ho avuto due figlie, ho lavorato come graphic designer e in qualche modo sono riuscito a continuare a dilettarmi in arti e mestieri. Ho iniziato a fare scrapbooking circa vent'anni fa, e recentemente mi sono divertito a fare carte e la passione per i mini album.
Il mio negozio è uno sbocco per me per condividere ciò che amo, offrendo articoli fatti a mano in vendita, ma anche offrendo una varietà di forniture "uniche" per altri artigiani da utilizzare nei propri progetti. Spero che ti piacerà fare shopping con me e tornare spesso!

When I was eight years old, I entered a talent contest at our neighborhood park. My talent was drawing, and I drew the Wizard of Oz characters while playing the movie soundtrack on my record player for my captive audience. Little did I know that my life would be so effected that day... In the audience happened to be a woman who was a real artist. She was impressed, and informed my mother that her daughter was quite talented. The two worked out an arrangement, and I began to take painting lessons once a week after school for the next few years. Thus began my love for the arts. I painted in oils, tried watercolors and acrylics, and enjoyed showing my pictures in exhibits around the city where I lived.
Life moved on and took me with it... I married, had two daughters, worked as a Graphic Designer, and somehow managed to continue to dabble in arts and crafts. I began scrapbooking about twenty years ago, and recently have enjoyed card making, and a passion for mini albums.
My store is an outlet for me to share what I love, offering handmade items for sale, but also offering a variety of 'Unique' supplies for other crafters to use in their own designs. I hope you will enjoy shopping with me and come back often!
