For the time being I accept PayPal only.

However, you do not have to have a PayPal account in order to pay for your purchase. PayPal offers the ability to make payments using a variety of different credit/debit cards without actually signing up for an account.

Shipping is digital and it has no additional cost. You will have all the files you bought approximately after five minutes of your payment.
DIGITAL FILES / DOWNLOAD INSTRUCTIONS:
1. A few minutes after your payment, please check your ETSY REGISTERED email address for a download link that will take you to a download page.
2. Scroll down to find your purchase, then click on the "SHOW FILES" button, then download your product.
If you have any problems with the downloading or if your files are injured or not complete, please let me know and I will send them to you via email.

Julia Sunrain reserves the right to modify the Terms of Use for this shop at any time without giving you prior notice. Your use of our shop after any such modifications is your agreement to follow the Terms of Use as modified.
When you purchase a graphic from Lightbreeze Boutique, you need to follow these License and Usage Rules listed below:
A- NON-PROFIT/PERSONAL USE: You can use my graphics on any personal project as long as NO profit/ money is made.
If you share your personal/non-profit project (ex: as a giveaway or freebie) on your personal/non-profit site, blog or social media all Julia Sunrain artwork must be flattened, uneditable and unextractable. Graphic credit be must be given to Julia Sunrain including a URL that links back to (https://www.etsy.com/shop/LightbreezeBoutique) within the description and on the same page as the item.

B- COMMERCIAL USE: If you wish to use our graphics to create a commercial product to sell, you can purchase with 2 license options:

1- Commercial Credit Required: My artwork packs come with small commercial use (1000 copies sold or less) however to use our artwork commercially I require graphic credit be given to Julia Sunrain including a URL that links back to (https://www.etsy.com/shop/LightbreezeBoutique) The link should be placed on the same page as the product that is being sold or displayed. So you purchase the clipart or paper pack normally without an extra license and you credit us.

2- Commercial No Credit Required: If you want to use our artwork commercially (1000 copies sold or less) and simply do not wish to put my name or link anywhere then you have the option to purchase our NO credit license. The NO credit license gives you the right to use my products but keep it a secret.There is an extra fee for this license ($20 USD for each individual SET). So you need to purchase my clipart set as well as a no credit license for $20 USD.
QUANTITIES/MASS PRODUCTION
The commercial use and NO CREDIT license is NOT a mass production license, it allows for up to a maximum of 1000 copies sold, for quantities exceeding 1000 you need an EXTENDED OR MASS PRODUCTION license, you need to purchase a LICENSE FOR MASS PRODUCTION ($100 USD for each individual SET).
Without Licenses you cannot use our products in any commercial activity.

ALLOWED PERSONAL OR COMMERCIAL USES:
DIGITAL SCRAPBOOKERS
You can use all the graphics for your personal projects. You CANNOT sell any of my artwork in a commercial Scrapbook kit of any kind even it is altered.

EMBROIDERY DIGITIZERS
You can use my products personally or commercially as long as the file is a digital embroidery file. You may not include any of my original files in your download.

DIGITAL PRODUCT DESIGNERS
You can use my artwork personally or commercially to create digital printable files. Files must be flattened and enough of your own design must be added to make it a unique design. SIMPLE COLLAGE SHEETS are not ALLOWED. File must be personalized for your customer and sold as flatten JPEG or PDF file. You cannot sell our graphics used as template printable, as blank for others to personalize or customize. For example blank invitations, blank toppers, blank collage sheets, blank pendant or sticker sheets. This is absolutely not allowed.

PRINTED PRODUCT DESIGNERS
You can use my cliparts for personal or commercial use. You can print pretty much anything you can think of but it must not exceed 1000 copies sold, for more than 1000 copies sold you must purchase a MASS PRODUCTION LICENSE. You can also create PRINTED products at Zazzle, Cafe Press, Etsy or in your own store. Fabric designers see below.

FABRIC DESIGNERS
You can print up to 200 yards total and you must purchase our NO CREDIT LICENSE for every set purchased. For quantities exceeding 200 yards you need a MASS PRODUCTION license, you need to purchase a MASS PRODUCTION LICENSE.

RIBBON DESIGNERS
You can print up to 200 yards total and you must purchase my NO CREDIT LICENSE for every set purchased or credit us in your listing. For quantities exceeding 200 yards you need a MASS PRODUCTION license.

LOGO AND WEB DESIGNERS
You can use my cliparts for personal or commercial use, to create logo and web designs to sell. For logo design use the cliparts as part of the design not as is. You may not sell graphics as a LOGO unless they are considerably altered. For Website/ Blog templates, banners, headers, footers, buttons, store fronts please make sure the files are flattened at 72 dpi and cannot be extracted.

MOBILE APPS
You can use my cliparts for personal or commercial use, you must credit us with a link or purchase my NO CREDIT LICENSE (see 2 above). You must ensure that our artwork is not extractable. Both the standard and NO CREDIT LICENSE come with a maximum of 1000 downloads of your App. For quantities exceeding 1000 downloads you need an EXTENDED OR MASS PRODUCTION license.

CUTTING FILE DESIGNERS
You can use our cliparts to create LAYERED CUTTING FILES only that requires assembly after cutting. Clipart cannot be simply converted to SVG or other cutting formats and sold as cutting files. Jpeg, AI, EPS, SVG, and PNG format files cannot be shared.

TEACHERS, EDUCATORS
You can use my products personally or commercially (TPT). I require graphic credit to Julia Sunrain as with a clickable link to (https://www.etsy.com/shop/LightbreezeBoutique) inside your PDF document or wherever you display or sell the file. The files must be flattened, uneditable and unextractable. You cannot share my original graphics for free. If you do not wish to credit me commercially see COMMERCIAL NO CREDIT REQUIRED above.

You cannot sell my graphics as is and claim as your own.

You cannot sell, trade, share or give away for free my designs as is or altered including but not limited to clipart packs, digital paper packs, scrapbook kits or as a part of image collections.

You cannot share my graphic files for free even if it is personal use.

You cannot use my graphics to create products and sell on a competitor website. For example do not create scrapbooking kits, templates, clipart packs or paper packs and sell on a digital download boutique/store who is a direct competitor of Julia Sunrain.

All Julia Sunrain products are copyright Julia Sunrain and cannot be claimed as your own.
