I ordered this item before reading the shop reviews and I’m not sure I would have purchased if I’d seen them before hand. My item arrived in tact, but I was surprised that it was only packaged in a bag, especially after seeing that another reviewer received the same item I ordered and it was damaged during shipping. Ultimately I am happy with my item, but likely won’t be ordering from this store again just because it feels like a gamble that things would arrive unharmed.

This item is very cute, but the glass is thin.

Beings there were both a salt and pepper grinder pictured, I was of the impression that I would receive both, and was a bit surprised when I received only one. However the one that I received is of good quality, and made a great gift.

The set arrived in good condition as described. I was impressed with how well it was packaged.

The basket was shipped in a plastic bag instead of box and arrived smashed and broken. The seller did refund me after I left a review.

The product quality was lower than expected. What I received didn't match the pictures - I was particularly concerned with the lack of symmetry and overall construction quality (cracks, misalignment) issues. I had expected/hoped for better craftsmanship.
