I had a difficult time opening it, but Nora provided some helpful instructions and I had help from a family member extending it all the way (it is rather stiff at first, and requires some small amount of force). Now I don't have any issues opening it. While I haven't used it in the rain yet, the parasol has been handy so far on sunny days, so I can't yet give full stars on quality as I don't know how it will hold up. It's also difficult getting the protective sleeve back on given how full the material is when bunched up, but I don't anticipate needing to place it back in the sleeve that often. Overall, I'm very pleased with this parasol and already received so many compliments on it!

4 na 5 gwiazdekItem looks accurate to the images, but I have to deduct my review for functionality: I had to shake and fumble with the handle to open the umbrella, since it wouldn't rise the first time I pressed on the button—I was scared there was manufacturing error. Closing is a bit awkward; the ribs & stretchers feel flimsy, so I have to neatly tuck them into the handle every time so as to lower the chances of bending & breaking them. This is concerning for windy weather, but I've yet to test it outside for long, so I'm open to being surprised by its durability.
