Due to the handmade nature of our products and the use of natural materials, we recommend dry cleaning for our linens.
Please keep in mind that all our products are handmade so slight imperfections are expected. All items are unique in that way and you will possess something like no other.
Gift wrapping and packaging
We have Gift Wrapping option available. Please let us know if you need us to keep in mind some special occasion. We pack all products artistically keeping in mind our brand aesthetics and user expectations.
Wrong Address on the Order
Please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. We process the orders on first come-first serve basis. Usually, all orders are processed within 24 hours. After that, unfortunately, we would be unable to make changes. Please get in touch with us to let us know how we can help in such situations.
