1 de 5 estrellasPedí este artículo y le escribí una nota al vendedor, tanto por mensaje como al realizar el pedido, diciéndole que lo necesitaba a más tardar el 1 de agosto. El vendedor respondió que no podía garantizarlo, pero también dijo que tendría que cobrarme de todas formas porque no era retornable ni reembolsable. Sinceramente, no entiendo por qué aceptó el pedido, teniendo en cuenta que fui muy claro sobre cuándo lo necesitaba. El artículo no es especialmente caro, pero tampoco es de alta calidad. Los bordes de la bufanda ni siquiera están terminados. Esperaba que el vendedor cancelara el pedido en cuanto viera que había solicitado envío garantizado para el 1 de agosto. Eso se hizo en el momento del pedido y no después.

When I saw your note requesting delivery by August 1, I immediately contacted my production partner to see if the timeline could be expedited. The item is made and shipped from within the U.S., and the estimated delivery window (August 2–5) was shown at checkout. I always do my best to assist and communicate clearly — even when I can’t control production or shipping times. I appreciate your order and your honest review. Feedback like yours helps me refine the way I present each item so that expectations match the final product as closely as possible.
