Will I pay customs duties?

USA: No. We ship to the United States with DDP service — all duties/taxes are covered by us. No extra fees on delivery.
Other countries: Shipments are usually DDU — import taxes/duties (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.

What should I do if the shipping company asks me to pay?

Please do not make any payment and contact us immediately.
Share your tracking number with us, and we will contact the courier and handle the payment/issue on our side.

Will delivery times be affected?

Due to recent updates, some couriers may apply additional checks. However, our shipments via FedEx / UPS are usually delivered within 2–3 business days.
In all cases, we closely monitor the shipment process and follow up on your behalf.

What does “tax” mean at checkout?

If you see “tax” during checkout, this refers to state/local sales tax in the USA. Marketplaces may be legally required to collect this tax at the time of purchase.
This is not a customs duty, and it will not result in any unexpected payment upon delivery — it is simply collected upfront for transparency.

What if I already paid a customs fee (USA only)?

In rare cases, a courier may mistakenly charge a fee upon delivery. If this happens, please send us the payment receipt and your tracking number.
We will review it and refund the full amount to you.
