I taught for 13 years, in three different states, before my student loans were finally forgiven — all $98,000 of them.

Along the way, I learned just how much teachers are never actually told. Not about loan forgiveness, not about the paperwork that quietly determines your future, not about the small decisions that can cost you years of progress if nobody mentions them in time.

So I started writing it all down — the real process, the mistakes I made, the questions I had to figure out myself because there was no one simple place to find the answers.

This shop is that: practical, plain-language guides made by a teacher, for teachers. No jargon, no fluff, no pretending the process is easier than it actually is. Just the things I wish someone had handed me back when I started.
