- Payments should be completed within 24hrs. If you place an order and then are unable to pay please contact me and let me know.
- You may cancel your order within 24hrs of payment being made. Items are made to order and will not be started until payment is made.
- Any customs charges/taxes/fees are payable by the customer.

Delivery
- Most items are made to order.
- Item construction will only start once full payment has been made.
- I aim to send orders within 3-5 business days of payment being received. **Please note** This could be longer in busy periods, ie. Christmas.
- Orders from with the UK will be shipped 1st Class by Royal Mail or Hermes
- Orders from outside the UK will be shipped using Royal Mail International Standard service. I am happy to upgrade postage to:
Tracked;
Express 24/48;
Set day delivery
