So I can only do a fair review upon receiving the jharokha mirror. 5 stars are for customer service and prompt communication from seller and willing to work with us to make things right.

4 out of 5 starsI had to pay customs duty separately. Would have been good that this was included in the price or an estimated range was CLEARLY provided in the check out flow. The quality of the items itself is generally good. The art and craft is really nice. However, certain small irritating aspects made me give a 3 star review. Its expensive enough that we should expect better. 1. Some basic instructions on how to assemble the remaining pieces would have been great. None was provided. 2. Leveling the legs of the temple is not easy. You could have provided some mechanism to adjust the height. There are a number of options available to do this. The screw for the Gopuram needs to be longer. Small things matter. 3. The LED lights are not working. I can try figure out the loose connections, etc.. or get something to replace it.

5 out of 5 starsTemple is one of a kind and handcrafted. The packaging was amazing. I’m proud to share the store of this temple and carry it on over the many lifetimes this temple will witness. I sense the love and passion the detail in this temple and love this came right from India. Thank you my friends. The temple is worth the wait. The first prayer is for peace of the group that handmade this.

The craftsmanship, wood quality, and finish are all excellent, and the final piece looks even better than I expected. We take communication seriously. We replied to the buyer's message immediately to update them on their delivery. Instead of responding or checking the tracking info, the buyer opened a case and forced a cancellation. We always provide full support, but we expect basic cooperation and communication from buyers before they leave unfair ratings.
