Processing Time
Order usually needs around 3-4 weeks to produce since every rings are made by orders. Also, it usually needs around 3-5 days for domestic shipping.
Rush Order
I offer Rush Order service for $50. If you are in hurry, please contact me to get the rush order service, and then I will finish the ring around 12 business days!
Return / Exchange Policy

For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality issues, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. All items must be returned in its original condition without any signs of wear or alteration. The following orders are not allowed to return or exchange:

❀ Ready to ship orders
❀ Custom orders such as personalized curved bands
❀ Exceeding 30 days return period
❀ Items that have been returned or exchanged before
Payment Plan Policy
Of course, I accept monthly payment plan. And you are supposed to finish your final payment in 6 months.
For orders over $1000 (including $1000), the first payment will be 20% of the order value. For orders less than $1000, the first payment will be $100. Every payment should be at least $100 and non-refundable. Items will be shipped after I received your final payment.

I will draw a sketch or CAD pic to show the design according to your idea, but you need to put the deposit $50 before.
Also, I could change the stones as you wish: Natural Diamond, Ruby, Emerald, Teal Sapphire, Moss Agate, Amethyst, Citrine, Garnet, Peridot, etc. I am happy to quote you the price.

Warranty
I offer a lifetime warranty. If there is any quality problem with the ring, I am willing to help! Please feel free to contact me!
In the first 12 months, I will repair and replace any loose or lost stones for free, as long as there is no damage to the ring. After 12 months, I will charge a small fee for repairs and replacements.
Customs & Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Please leave a note for your phone number when you place the order. Then when the package arrived in your country, the express company will contact you for the custom duty tax.
Cancellation Policy
Yes, I accept cancellation. You can cancel your order without any liability within 48 hours after placing it.
If you want to cancel the order after 48 hours, for orders over $1000 (including $1000), I will charge 20% of the order value as my material loss fee. For orders less than $1000, I will charge $100.
Resize
If the size is not super suitable for you, please feel free to contact me and I could resize the ring for you freely once. If the request exceed more than one year after you got the ring, I will ask for a reasonable price.
Please noted: the full eternity band could not be resized.
