5 out of 5 starsWhile I have not yet tested assembly, the files were complete and easy to work with. The seller was extremely fast in responding to a technical question and provided very detailed and practical advice. (In the end, the problem was with the Xtool laser software )

Frequently asked questions
I get an error, cannot open file and complete the extraction. The destination path is too long.
Try moving the zip file to your download or document folder. Then try open or extracting it again. Extracting it to a deep subfolder could make the destination file path too long.
There are some moving parts that cannot be (difficult to) open and close.
This sometimes happens if you don't sand the parts. You can add varnish or wax after sanding to ensure the parts open and close smoothly.
The design size shrank/enlarged after I imported the file into the laser cutting software.
Please check your settings. It's possible that the design is larger than your canvas, and the design automatically resizes to fit. So, use the "keep its size" setting to prevent the automatic resizing.
