    Very easy to apply! My dog enjoyed just laying there and being pampered :) This smells amazing which is a good bonus. GREAT GREAT customer service!! When needing a refill I will definitely be looking to this shop to purchase.

    Never recieved the item i bought. Contact seller she was very fast at first but then all of a sudden stopped replying to my messages. I have tried contacting her several times over the last month before i gave her a review. I am dissatisfied with the lack of communication with this shop.

    Hi Kimberly! I got a delivered receipt for your package, so I thought that the matter was handled. I will follow up with the postal service, but I am going to make sure that your order gets refunded and still put in the mail again, with tracking. I cannot blame you at all for being annoyed!
